  • All prices are listed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.

  • We accept online payments via credit/debit card, bank transfer.

  • KONTUR reserves the right to cancel or hold orders if payment is not received or verified.

3. Orders & Shipping

  • Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be altered.

  • Orders are usually dispatched within 2–4 working days.

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, courier service availability, and unforeseen circumstances.

4. Product Descriptions

  • We strive to display products as accurately as possible, but color variations may occur due to lighting and screen differences.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to refer to the size guide and product description before purchasing.

5. Return & Exchange

  • Returns and exchanges are only accepted as per our Return & Exchange Policy, which you are expected to read prior to purchase.

  • KONTUR reserves the right to reject any return request that does not comply with the stated policy.

6. Promotions & Discount Codes

  • Promotional offers and discount codes are valid only during the specified period.

  • Only one promo code can be applied per order unless stated otherwise.

  • KONTUR reserves the right to cancel any promotional offer at any time.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on our website, including logos, images, designs, and text, is the intellectual property of KONTUR.
